Suresh Reddy) Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader attached to the office of the learned Advocate General, on instructions, states that the husbands of the petitioners by name Sagar Rankhambe and Vijaya Dinakar Mohite were called to the Police Station by Respondent No.4 in connection with Crime No. 104 of 2025 of Santapet Police Station, Nellore Town, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, for the purpose of enquiry. Subsequently, Respondent No.4 let out both of them. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners also states that both of them were returned home. 3. In view of the said statements made by both the learned counsel, the present Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty to the husbands of petitioners to avail appropriate remedies available under law.
