Case No. 51 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 308(2), 308(4), 317(5), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and Section 25(1-A), 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the Court of Ms. Paridhi Sharma, learned J.M., 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 10936 of 2024 by order 06.01.2025 with the liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months. 4. On 20.08.2024, petitioner was apprehended and on search, one country-made carbine along with eight live cartridges were recovered from his possession. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner has remained in custody for about one year. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Paridhi Sharma, learned J.M., 1st Class, Ranchi in connection with Budmu P.S.
