Sharma, Additional Advocates General. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Pursuant to orders passed in this writ petition from time to time, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record order issued on 21.04.2026 by the Deputy Director, School Education (Sec.), District Sirmour at Nahan, relevant portion of which, reads as under:- “Now, therefore, keeping in view the judgment dated 04.04.2024 passed by the Hon’ble High Court in CWP No.6630/2021 the services of Sh. Dishant Kumar are considered on notional basis as Peon w.e.f. 01.04.2022 on completion of 11 years of service subject of final outcome of SLP filed in this matter, as per the Government of Himachal Pradesh, Department of Higher Education letter No. EDN- Kha(2)-11/2022 dated 29.09.2022 vide which instructions have been issued to regularize the services of PTWC in Education Department who have completed 11 year combined tenure (Part Time Water Carrier + Daily Wagers) as on 31.03.2022 and 30.09.2022. And accordingly posted in GSSS Koti Bounch, Distt. Sirmour, against vacancy, subject to 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 terms and conditions of regularization given in annexure-A of this order and directed to join at this place of posting with in time span as prescribed vide Finance Department’s Notification No.Fin(C)B (7)1/2023 dated 24.05.2023 failing which his regularization orders shall deemed to have been withdrawn automatically. Actual benefit (Pay+ Allowances) shall be given from the date of joining as Peon as per his entitlement in level one of Pay Matrix of H.P. Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of aforesaid office order though proceedings be closed, however, petitioner be reserved liberty to seek appropriate remedy for redressal of his surviving grievances, if any, in accordance with law. 3. Granting such liberty, present proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
