Rangra, Advocate for the respondents/applicants. CMP No.16693 of 2025 Notice. Mr. Jagdish Thakur, Advocate appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the non- applicant/appellant. Learned counsel for the non- applicant/appellant submits that he does not intend to file reply. This application has been filed for discharge of guardian of applicants Kumari Jiya and Kumari Harshita, respondents No.2 and 3 in FAO No.187 of 2015, who are stated to have attained majority. Along-with the application, copies of matriculation certificates of both the applicants have been placed on record, according to which, the date of birth of applicant Jiya is 10.07.2006 and that of applicant Harshita is 6.10.2004. The applicants having attained majority, have right to pursue their remedies personally. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the guardian earlier representing the applicants is discharged. The application stands disposed of. CMP No.16694 of 2025 Notice. Mr. Jagdish Thakur, Advocate appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the non- applicant/appellant. Learned counsel for the non- applicant/appellant submits that he does not intend to file reply. By way of this application, a prayer has been made on behalf of applicants/respondents No.2 and 3 in FAO No.187 of 2015 namely, Kumari Jiya and Kumari Harshita for release of the award amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court proportionate to their respective shares. Record reveals that the matter stands finally disposed of vide judgment dated 15.12.2021 by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court. No further appeal is stated to have been filed against the aforesaid judgment, which has attained finality. In such circumstances, there is no impediment in granting the prayer made in the application. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The award amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court to the respective shares of applicants Kumari Jiya and Kumari Harshita is ordered to be released in their favour along-with proportionate interest accrued thereon till date, by remitting the same to their respective bank accounts detailed in para 4 of the application, after due verification.
