This petition is filed challenging the endorsements issued by the Thasildar which are to the effect that the Form No.53 filed by the petitioners was available in the records and there were no records to indicate that it was placed before the Committee constituted for regularizing the unauthorized cultivation and, therefore, the request of the petitioners for grant of the land cannot be considered. 2. In my view, when it is admitted that the applications filed by the petitioners were available in file, it would be the duty of the Thasildar to ensure that this - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:13258 WP No. 6574 of 2025 application is processed and placed before the Committee for its consideration. 3. In that view of the matter, the endorsements are set aside and Thasildar is directed to take action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, since the applications of the petitioners are pending consideration.
