2. Heard learned COunSel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. 3.
Case of the prosecution, in brief, iS that, PriOrtO 03.01.2024, AI who is the mother of the complainant and A2 is the younger brother of the complainant, and that the COmPlainant While working in USA, used to send money to the accused for purchasing the properties in his name. property was purchased on his name. Al and A2 induced the complainant and made him believe that they ?re going tO Purchase some property in Mannasamudram revenue Village accounts Of yerpedu Mandal and believl'ng their words he transferred some amount to the seller of the property. But the said property Was registered in favou rof Al and then transferred to A2 by way of a registered gift settlement deed on o8.5.2023 without the knowledge of the complainan{. Basing on the private complaint of the complainant, the crime was registered and investigated into. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant public Prosecutor. P6rused the record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit'that the first petitioner is a lady aged 65 years and the second petitioner is the son Of the first petitioner and that material part of investigation was already completed and prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the crime was registered on 16.4.2025. By this time most of the investigation might have been completed. Considering the said fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 7. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Tirupahi East Police Sta'tion, Tirupathi District
7 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of I the order and on their surrender, the petitioners shall be released on bail on their execu.ting a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. 8. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
