He further submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karaikal, on 14.11.2025, which is yet to be taken on file. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
