Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The applicant seeks enlargement on bail in FIR No.369 of 2024, under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(2), 249, 61(2) BNS, P.S. Hardi, District Bahraich. 3. It is argued that the co-accused, whose name was not indicated in the FIR and surfaced in the statement of one of the witness, was enlarged on bail vide order dated 04.11.2025 passed by this court. The applicant is not named in the FIR. 4. As the case against the applicant is similar to the said co-accused who has been enlarged on bail, the applicant is also entitled to bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Shakil Ahmad @ Bablu be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ashish Kumar Rastogi, Dileep Kumar Saini, Sheikh Mohammad Ali Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Bal Krishna Shukla Shakil Ahmad @ Bablu .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Lko. .....Opposite Party(s) which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and (c) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
