In the 2nd paragraph at 4th line “under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code” is wrongly been typed as “under Section 420 of the Indian Forest Act”. Thus, in the aforesaid paragraph “under Section 420 of the Indian Forest Act” be reads as “under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code”. 3.
