By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is presently working as Netra Chikitsa Sahayak Adhikari, Community Health Center, Kathghora, Korba is seeking a limited direction to the respondent authorities particularly the respondent No.4/ Block Education Officer to decide the pending representation dated 09/12/2024, by which, the petitioner is seeking and claiming the arrears of the 3rd time pay scale, leave encashment from the period 16/08/2024 to 31/12/2024 and casual leave. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the earlier representation submitted by the petitioner has been forwarded by the Chief Medical and Health Officer to the Block Medical Officer, Community Health Center, Katghora vide communication dated 04/04/2025. But, till date, the Block Medical Officer has not considered and decided the same. 3. Learned counsel for the State/respondent submits as the petitioner is seeking a limited direction towards the Block Medical Office for decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner, the pending representation will be decided in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents. 3 5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4/Block Medical Officer to consider and decide the representation annexure P-1 dated 09/12/2024 in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the receipt of copy of this order. 6.
