Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/state. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that, Al to A4 used to harass the deceased for additional dowry, used to beat her and when the parents of the deceased .informed the accused that they will give Rs.7,00,000/- as asked by them, but it will be deposited in Fixed Deposit in the name of their daughter and children, but the accused di not care for that and harassed the deceased, put pressure on her and F..Q` -i tried to take Rs.7,00,000/- in any way and while so, on 09.4.2025 at about 3.30 pm, when LWs 6 and 7, who are the relatives of the deceased, went to the house of the deceased and found that the deceased was lying unconscious state on the floor and they immediately informed to parents of the deceased. Then the deceased was taken to hospital where doctors declared the death of deceased, Basing on the complaint of the complainant, the crime was registered and investigated into. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the other accused i.e. Al to A3 were granted regular bail by the learned Ill Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nellore on 08.5.2025 and prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petI'tiOner. 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the crime was registered on 10.4.2025. lt is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the other accused i.e. Al to A3 were granted regular bail by the learned lll Additional District and SessI-OnS Judge, Nellore on 08.5.2025 and the petitioner is a lady. Considering the said fact, this Court is inclined to g.rant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. qrf-I-co;, 7. Accordingly, the petitioner/A4 I-s directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Vidavalur PolI'Ce Station, SPSR Nellore District within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on her surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on her executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with.two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and the petitioner shall make herself available for l'nvestigation as and when required and she shall not Cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. 8.
