Accused in Crime No.20/2025 registered by Bagalur Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 115(2) and 352 of BNS, 2023, is before this Court under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, seeking regular bail. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. FIR in Crime No.20/2025 was registered by Bagalur Police Station, Bengaluru, for the aforesaid offences against the petitioner herein based on the first information dated 27.01.2025 received from Vikram S/o Raju. During the course of investigation, petitioner herein was arrested on 27.01.2025 and remanded to judicial custody. His bail application filed before the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl.Misc.No.15039/2025 was rejected on 27.02.2025. Therefore, he is before this Court. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:13284 CRL.P No. 3464 of 2025 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner having reiterated the grounds urged in the petition has prayed to allow the petition. 5. Per contra, learned HCGP has opposed the petition. 6. A perusal of the material on record would go to show that the incident in question had taken place in a restaurant on 26.01.2025. Wound Certificate of the injured would go to show that he has suffered simple injuries in the incident and he was discharged from the Hospital on 31.01.2025. Undisputedly, petitioner has no other criminal antecedents. He is in custody for the last more than two months. Major portion of the investigation in the case is completed. Under the circumstances, I am of the opinion that the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of regular bail needs to be answered affirmatively. Accordingly, the following order:- 7. The petition is allowed. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in Crime No.20/2025 registered by Bagalur Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 115(2) and 352 of BNS, 2023, subject to the following conditions: - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:13284 CRL.P No. 3464 of 2025 a) Petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- with two sureties for the likesum, to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court; b) The petitioner shall appear regularly on all the dates of hearing before the Trial Court unless the Trial Court exempts his appearance for valid reasons; c) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly threaten or tamper with the prosecution witnesses; d) The petitioner shall not involve in similar offences in future; e) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Trial Court without permission of the said Court until the case registered against him is disposed off.
