Mr. Nimish Gupta, Advocate, for applicants/respondents. CMP No. 18382 of 2025 Heard counsel for the parties. Perused the application. The appeal in the case was decided on 19.6.2015. In the appeal, the present applicant was respondent No.4 therein being a minor. She was being represented by her natural guardian. From a perusal of the documents appended alongwith the present application, it is evident that the present applicant/respondent No.4 has attained the age of majority. In view thereof, the father of applicant/respondent No.4 is discharged from acting as a natural guardian in proceedings with respect to judgment dated 19.6.2015, as she is entitled to protect her interest in her own capacity. Power of attorney on her behalf stands filed. Application stands disposed of. CMP No. 18382 of 2025 Heard counsel for the parties. Perused the application. In view thereof, the father of applicant/respondent No.5 is discharged from acting as a natural guardian in proceedings with respect to judgment dated 19.6.2015, as he is entitled to protect his interest in his own capacity. Power of attorney on his behalf stands filed. Application stands disposed of. CMP No. 18384 of 2025 No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non- applicants. Non-applicants have no objections, if in case, the application is allowed and the amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No. 4 & 5. Appeal in the case at hand was decided on 19.6.2015. No further proceedings are pending adjudication before the Apex Court. Other than the aforesaid, for the reasons stated in the application, amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court alongwith interest accrued thereupon, is ordered to be released in favour of applicants/respondents No.4 & 5 in terms of shares delineated in para 6 of the application. The amount be remitted to their bank accounts alongwith interest accrued thereupon, details whereof have been given in para 6 of the application subject to proper verification of their identities.
