Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the learned Advocate General for the appellants and the learned counsel for 2. the respondent. 3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submits that in view of the subsequent developments during the pendency of the Writ Petition, no cause survives in this matter and it has become infructuous. 4.
