Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State and perused the records. 2. Present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.512 of 2009, under Section 363, 366, 376 IPC, Police Station Baundi, District Bahraich. 3. The applicant was enlarged on interim anticipatory bail on 24.06.2025. There is no material to suggest that the applicant has misused the said liberty. It is informed that charge sheet has been filed. 4. Considering the aforesaid, the interim anticipatory bail granted vide order dated 24.06.2025 is confirmed and the applicant namely Bharat Yadav @ Bharat is granted anticipatory bail till conclusion of trial on the same terms and conditions as contained in the said order. 5. The applicant need not to furnish fresh bail bond and sureties and the same submitted in terms of the order 24.06.2025 shall be valid. 6. The anticipatory bail application is allowed in above terms.
