Instant petition has been filed with the following reliefs:- "i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties to transfer the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher from District Balrampur to any primary school in District Saharanpur. ii) any other appropriate writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem, just and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case. iii) to award the cost of the writ petition to the petitioner" After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2025 within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, the respondent no.3/Secretary Board of Basic Education, U.P. Prayagraj, is hereby directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 04.10.2025, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Brijesh Kumar Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Ran Vijay Singh, Rishabh Tripathi Vinti Pal .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P.
