The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C. Case No. 1019 of 2025, registered under section 47(a)/52(d) of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation is made that 1400 litres illegal country made liquor, 2,641.25 liters foreign liquor of different brands, 14,590 caps of different brands, 16,100 lebals, 12000 pieces of fake holograms and kerosene oil of one jarkin were recovered from the Paulty Form of village Daru. He submits that the petitioner has no concern with the said recovered articles and the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the villagers. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that illegally liquors have been stored and fake holograms have been found. 5. Considering that there is allegation of storage of 1400 litres illegal country made liquor, 2,641.25 liters foreign liquor of different brands, 14,590 caps of different brands, 16,100 lebals, 12000 pieces of fake holograms and kerosene oil of one jarkin and the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the co-villagers, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
