Heard Ms. Divya Dwivedi Advocate holding brief on behalf of Mr. Manoj Kumar Mishra learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "(1) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding directing the opposite parties especially opposite party no. 3 regularized the petitioner w.e.f. 6.7.1997 when the service of the petitioner has been declared as permanent, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties particularly opposite party Consolidation Commissioner U.P. Lucknow to grant promotion to petitioner on the post of Assistant Consolidation Officer from the post of Consolidator as the junior person to the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Assistant consolidation offer from the post of consolidator by the opposite party Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Manoj Kumar Mishra, Anand Kumar, Anubhav Awasthi, Mayank Mohan Mishra, Piyush Tripathi, Rakesh Khanna Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Iqbal Ali Khan .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Revenue Deptt. Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) no. 2, in the interest of justice." 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before concerned authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
