CMP No.17474 of 2025 This application has been filed by applicant/respondent in FAO No.445 of 2017 for release of award amount. Registry has reported that a sum of Rs.25,000/- as appeal amount and Rs.4,10,000/- as award amount was deposited by the non- applicant/appellant and has further been invested. Learned counsel for the non- applicant/appellant has no objection in granting the prayer. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The entire amount lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court in FAO No.445 of 2017 titled as Suresh Kumar vs. Banka Mani is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant along-with up-to-date interest accrued thereon by remitting the same to her bank account details of which have been furnished in para 6 of the application, after due verification.
