ORDER: The petitioner is arrayed as accused no.3 in Crime No.126 of 2025 at Proh. & Excise Police Station, Pithapuram, registered under sections 7-B r/w 8-A and B of A.P.Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2020. 2. Heard learned COunSel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. 3. Case of the Prosecution, in brief, iS that, On 07.5.2025 at about 2.35 am, on receipt Of Credible information about illegal POSSeSSiOn and transportation of fermented jiggery wash, the S.I of Proh. & Excise police Station, Pithapuram, along With mediators Went tO the Place O`f occurrence and found a Person in Possession Of fermented jaggery `=- i,.._
~JS 2 ~/ wash and on questioning he confessed the nam'e of the petitioner and other accused. Hence the complaint. 4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner Was arrayed as an accused basing on the confession statement of other accused and nothing was seized from the possession of the petitioner and hence prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. A perusal of the material available on record goes tO Show that the crime was regist;red on o7.5.2025. The allegation against the petitioner is purely based on the statement of co-accused and nothing was seized in the possession of the petitioner. considering the said fact, this Court is inclined to grant an{icipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner/A3 is directed to surrender before the Station House Officer concerned, within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on his surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two Sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the arrest,ing police officials and the petitioner shall make herself available for investigation as and when E=a E
