Shukla Hon'ble Salil Kumar Rai,J. The present application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 9.2.2021 passed by this Court in Writ - B No. 211 of 2021. It has been pleaded in the affidavit that the opposite party has constructed a boundary wall changing the status quo prevailing at the spot at the time of passing the order. The issues raised in the present contempt application are disputed questions of facts which cannot be decided on affidavit evidence, therefore, it is not a fit case to register proceedings under Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The contempt application is dismissed. The applicants may exercise other remedies available to them in law.
