Gogoi, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. C. Baruah, learned counsel for the respondents No. 2 & 4. By filing this application, the applicant has sought for amendment of the address of the respondent No.5 in the connected WP(C) 8847/2018 by incorporating the correct address. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner has inadvertently incorporated the wrong address of the respondent No.5 in the writ petition and therefore, he submits that the applicant may be allowed to incorporate the correct address of the respondent No.5 by way of amendment of the cause title. Having considered the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the application which indicates that the applicant appears to have inadvertently incorporate the wrong address in respect of the respondent No.5 in the connected writ petition being WP(C) 8847/2018 as well as prayer not being objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents, I deem it appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, the applicant is allowed to amend the cause title by incorporating the correct address as under:- “M/s Corsan Corviam Construction S.A. having its Head Office at Cabballero Andnte 8-28021, Maidrid, Spain and represented by its Directors and having its Branch Office at 1st Floor Splendor Tower, Sector-88, Gurgaon, Haryana-122018.” I.A. stands allowed and disposed of.
