This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. bearing FIR No.0134 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. and Section 20 (1) of Enemy Property Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Sitapur. 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that sole petitioner died. He has produced photocopy of the death certificate of the sole petitioner, which is taken on record. 4. Learned AGA, on the basis of instructions, also submits that sole petitioner has died and application for substitution has not been filed, therefore, the present petition stands abated. 5.
