The above captioned Writ Petitions involve common questions of law and facts; therefore, both petitions have been heard together and are being disposed of by this common order. 3. By way of this petition, the petitioners have sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the case of petitioners for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Court may kindly direct the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioners and do proper correction in the pension amount and release the pension amount as well as leave encashment amount retrospectively with interest as per law. 10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also granted.” 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were working on the post of Site Assistant, i.e., Grade-III post, and they retired from services on account of superannuation in the year 2018. She would further submit that Class-IV employees are getting pension to the tune of Rs. 7,750/-, and the petitioners who were class III employees are also getting the same pension. She would further submit that the petitioners have not been paid the amount of leave encashment. She would contend that the petitioners may be permitted to make representation(s) before respondent No. 2, and in turn, the authority concerned may be directed to decide it expeditiously. 5. On the other hand, Ms. Shailja Shukla, Dy. Government Advocate appearing for the State would oppose. 6. Heard. 7. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioners in the present petitions, these petitions, at this juncture, are disposed of reserving liberty 4 in favour of the petitioners to make a detailed representation(s) before respondent No. 2, and in turn, the authority concerned is directed to decide the representation(s) so made by the petitioners, strictly in accordance with the law, preferably within a period of 120 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 8.
