Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned state counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- "i. to issue order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the Opp-Party No.1 to take decision upon the recommendation dated 24.04.2025, contained as Annexure No.1 to the writ petition. ii. to issue order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the Opp-Parties more particularly to Opp-Party No.2 & 3 to fill up the sanctioned and vacant post of Collection Peon in District Unnao. iii. to issue order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing the Opp-Parties to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment of Regular Collection post against the sanctioned and vacant post." 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that a recommendation with regard to same has already been submitted on April 24, 2025 before opposite party No.1 where it is still pending consideration. 4. In view of aforesaid, the opposite party No.1 i.e. Principal Secretary, Revenue, Civil Secretariat, Lucknow is directed to take a final decision with regard to grievance of petitioner taking into account recommendation dated April 24, 2025. Appropriate directions shall be Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Piyush Pathak, Virendra Singh Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Kamlesh And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Revenue Lko. And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) passed expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. 5.
