Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Karra P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 548 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 310(2) and 311 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khunti. 3. On 24.07.2024 at about 1.30 pm, the informant was waylaid by six unknown persons near Timrabar toli. The accused persons looted Rs. 31,000/- from the informant and Rs. 64,000/- from his companion. 4. During the course of investigation, the petitioner was put on test identification parade and he has been identified by the informant. It further appears that the motorcycle, which was used by the criminals in commission of crime, was recovered from the house of the petitioner. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
