P.P. 04/08.08.2025 :- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through V.C. and learned counsel for the State. 2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gonda P.S. Case No. 63/2025(N), registered under sections 111(2), (b), 111 (3) of BNS and also under section 21(B)/22/29 of the NDPS Act, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Special Judge, NDPS at Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner through Video Conferencing submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2025 and the co-accused persons have been granted regular bail in B.A. No. 5768/2025 and B.A. No. 6329/2025. He submits that recovery is of 13.82 gram brown sugar which is intermediary. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that intermediary is not question in a case arising out of brown sugar. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 16.05.2025 and the co-accused persons have been granted regular bail in aforesaid bail applications and recovery of brown sugar which is intermediary, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner-cum- Special Judge, NDPS at Ranchi, in connection with Gonda P.S.
