A case has been registered against the Petitioners for the offences punishable u/sec.329(3),'115(2),118(1), 351(2) r/w 3(5) of B-N.S. 3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State. 4. Case of the prosecution, in brief, isthat, On 14.12.2024, while the complainant]s brother in law was leveling a house site, the accused, €---, ' a | I_ I along with A7 quarreled with him, assaulted him with sticks and caused injuries. Again on 15.12.2024, the accused assaulted the complainant with sticks and stones. ln that incident, the complainant's wife, father, and mother in law sustained severe injuries. Basing on the report of the complainant, the crime was registered and im,estigated into. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant PublI-C Prosecutor. Perused the record. 6. Learned counsel forthe petitioners submit that in this crime, A1, A3 to A6 were granted regular bail by thI'S Court vide Crl.P.No.4718 of 2025 on 15.5.2025 and the case of the petitioners stands on the same footing as that of A1, A3 to A6 and prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 7. A perusal of the material available on record goes to show that the crime was regist;red on 17.12.2024. By.l'this time most of the investigatl'on might have been completed. The other accused i.e. A1, A3 to A6 were already enlarged on regular baI'I by this Court vide orders in Crl.P.No.4718 of 2025 on 15.5.2025. Considering the said fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 8. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Station House Officer, Nagari UPS, Chittoor District within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on _ __I_ their surrender, the petitioners shall be released on bal'I on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum ¢each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. 9.
