5. Learned State Counsel made a statement at bar that as per the averment made in para 4 of the short counter affidavit, petitioner has been exonerated and the final report has been submitted against him.
6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
