Be that as it may, this petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners to file a proper representation before the concerned respondents stating their grievance alongwith all relevant documents and copy of this order within six weeks from today, which shall be decided by the respondents concerned expeditiously in accordance with law by passing reasoned and speaking order. 4.
