The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Sessions Trial Case No.94 of 2024 arising out of Jarmundi P.S. Case No.81 of 2022, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34/379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Dharmendra Kumar Singh, learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Dumka. Younger brother of the informant namely Azad Masuri was poisoned by the accused persons. The petitioners are the father-in-law, mother-in-law and cousin brother of the deceased. Viscera report earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the deceased had died due to poisoning. The occurrence has taken place in the house of the petitioners. Deceased died due to poisoning in his house. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, their prayer for bail stands rejected.
