Learned AGA on the basis of counter affidavit filed earlier submits that Final Report No. 023/2024 dated 20.4.2024 has been filed in the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Sitapur on 29.4.2024, therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
