Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State as well as perused the record. 2. The present application has been filed to quash the impugned summoning order dated 06.09.2024 issued by Judicial Magistrate- III, Lucknow in Case No.86415 of 2024, State Vs. Gaorav Sethi, arising out of Case Crime No.484/2023, under Sections 63 and 65 of Copyright Act, 1957, Police Station- Sarojani Nagar, District- Lucknow as well as impugned charge sheet no.01 of 2024 dated 18.01.2024; with a further prayer to quash the entire criminal proceedings of the aforesaid case pending before the Court of Judicial Magistrate-III, Lucknow. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that liberty may be given to the applicant to file anticipatory bail application/bail application before the court concerned which may be decided in view of law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil versus Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2022) 10 S.C.R. 351: (2022) 10 SCC 51. 4.
