2. This petition has been filed for grant of following reliefs: -
“I. Writ of mandamus be issued by directing the respondent authorities to give higher stage of pay to petitioner i.e. Rs.37,600/- on completion of 2 yr of regular services as JBT in accordance with notification dated 6.9.2022. II. Further respondents’ authorities be directed to release the arrears of higher stage of pay to the petitioner from the date of entitlement i.e. after completion of 2 yr of regular services as investigator till the time of realization at prevailing 7% rate of interest.
-2- III. That the case of present petitioner is squarely covered by the Judgment passed in CWP No. 1638 of 2024 decided on dated 29.11.2024. Therefore, on the same analogy respon- dent authorities be directed to release the higher stage of pay of Rs.37,600/- to the petitioner after completion of two years of services as JBT. (Annexure F-4).”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved and the relief prayed for by the petitioner has already been adjudicated Mohit Sharma and Anr. Vs. State of H.P. and Others1 . Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would be content if the case of the petitioner is considered by the respondents in light of the aforesaid judgment within a time-bound schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer.

Having regard to above submissions but without examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioners. 1CWP No. 1638 of 2024 decided on 29.11.2024.
