Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Meera Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the material placed on record. 2. In view of the proposed order being passed, notices to respondent Nos. 4 to 7 is hereby dispensed with. 3. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer : "To issue a Direction, Order or Writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Party No. 1 to transfer the investigation of the aforesaid F.I.R. No. 0273 of 2025 (Annexure No. A-1), dated 20.08.2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, and 351(3) of BNS, 2023, from the Opposite Parties Nos. 2 and 3, to an independent and neutral investigating agency deemed appropriate by this Hon'ble Court, for the purpose of conducting a thorough, professional, and time-bound probe free from any local prejudices, external pressures, or malafide influences, considering the accurately facts as narrated in the petitioner's original handwritten complaint dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure No. A-2)." 4. At the very outset, learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court the instructions dated 25.09.2025, sent by Shri Rajdev, Sub Inspector, Police Station Payagpur, Bahriach, wherein it has been stated that investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed before the competent court on 17.09.2025. A copy of such instructions is kept on record. 5. In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, therefore, this writ petition is consigned to record.
