No. 71 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 89, 115(2), 109 and 3 (5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and charge- sheet has been submitted under Section 69 and 115(2) of B.N.S., pending in the Court of Sri Deepak Malik, learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Seraikella. 3. On the pretext of marriage, the petitioner is alleged to have established consensual sexual relationship with the prosecutrix, who is a major lady. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry with her. 4. In view of nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Malik, learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Seraikella, in connection with S.T.
