An appeal before the RDO It is further submitted that the petitioner filed W.P.No.1592 of 2025, and 2. the learned Single Judge of this Court had suspended the impugned proceedings. However, the appeal before the RDO, Jangareddigudem , filed by the respondent No.5, is still pending. The dispute relating to the possession of the petitioner over the property 3 has to be resolved by the competent authority. This Court finds no grounds to interfere.
