Challenging the same, the petitioner filed this Criminal Revision Case. 3. Heard both sides. 4. Considering the facts of the case, this Court is inclined to one more opportunity to the petitioner. Accordingly, order of dismissal for default in Crl.M.P.No.565/2025 in Spl.SC No.9/2025 is set aside. Further, the petitioner is directed to cooperate for the proceedings. 5.
