The petitioner seems to have been implicated on the confession of co-accused Ranjan Yadav. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2025. 4. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees The Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Commissioner-cum-Spl.
