NTPC Ltd. Vs. Jangi Ram and Ors. CMP No.21315 of 2025 in RFA No.240 of 2011 03.09.2025 Present: Mr. Harshit Sharma, Advocate, vice Mr. Janesh Gupta, Advocate, for the non- applicant/appellant. Mr. Virender Thakur, Advocate, for the applicant/respondents No.1(a) to 1(d). None for respondent No.2. Mr. B.N. Sharma, Mr. Diwakar Dev Sharma and Mr. Raj Kumar Negi, Addl. Advocates General with Mr. R.P. Singh and Mr. Manish Thakur, Dy. Advocates General, for respondents No.3 and 4/State. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the pleadings. Inadvertently it appears that while applicants No.1(c) and 1(d) were brought on record, the name of their father had been incorrectly recorded as Amru Ram. From a perusal of the matriculation certificates appended along with the application, it is evident that the name of father of applicants No.1(c) and 1(d) is in fact Sh. Achharu Ram. In view thereof, application is allowed. Amended memo of parties filed along with the application is ordered to be taken on record, if in order. In view of the aforesaid, let order dated 16.06.2025, which ordered release in favour of the applicants, be taken to its logical end. Application stands disposed of. (Bipin C. Negi) Judge 03rd September, 2025 (Gaurav Rawat)
