Heard Shri Pawan Kumar Mishra, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Pradeep Kumar Pandey, the learned State Counsel and Shri Mohd. Talib Khan, Advocate holding brief of Shri Pankaj Gupta, the learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha. 2. Keeping in view the nature of relief sought and the order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 is dispensed with. 3. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has challenged the validity of an order dated 15.04.2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge, S.D./FTC, Shrawasti in Suit No.11 of 2014 whereby the trial court has granted a temporary injunction against the petitioner-defendant. 4. The petitioner had challenged the aforesaid order by filing Misc. Civil Appeal No.9 of 2017 which has been dismissed by means of a judgment and order dated 27.08.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Shrawasti and the petitioner has challenged validity of the appellate order also. 5. After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for issuance of a direction for expeditious disposal of the suit. 6. This limited prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents. 7. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed off by issuing a direction to the learned Civil Judge, S.D./FTC, Shrawasti to decide Suit No.11 of 2014 expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and by fixing dates at short intervals.
