Issue a writ, order or direction of a suitable nature commanding the opposite parties to sanction & disburse the ex-gratia amount of Rs.30.00 lacs, in pursuance of Government Order dated 01.06.2021, as well as in the light of Writ -C No. 28249 of 2021 (Kusum Lata Yadav Vs State of U.P. & others) forthwith to the petitioner, along with interest at such rate as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before concerned authority.
