The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the following prayers :- “In view of the above, the petitioner is praying for quashment of FIR no. 16/2025 registered by Police Station, Amleshwar, District-Durg (C.G.) dated 16.02.2025 under section 299(3), (5) of BNS Act and under section 4 of C.G. religion liberty Act, 1968 registered against the petitioner.” 3.
