This petition has been filed for the following relief:- "i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil - Gyanpur, District -Bhadohi to consider and decide the Case No.2915/2024 (Computerized No.T202416670402915) (Revenue Lekhpal vs. Pawan Kumar & others) under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for removing illegal encroachment over Plot No.892 area 0.0050 Hectare situated in Village -Keshavpur Sarpataha, Pargana Bhadohi, Tehsil Gyanpur, District Bhadohi as expeditiously as possible preferably within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court, to secure the ends of justice;" 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that petitioner is the complainant and has no locus to file the present writ petition. 4. In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under law.
