In light of the same, no cause of action remains in the present writ petition 3. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to participate in the fresh tender in accordance with law. 4. The earnest money deposit that has been deposited by the petitioner be returned to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from date. 5.
