Learned counsel for the respondent has pointed out that in the present case, the contempt is alleged of the order dated 19.01.2023 passed in CWP-22731-2021, whereas subsequently the respondent authority had filed CM-4568-CWP-2025 in which vide order dated 16.05.2025 it had been observed that the proceedings in present contempt petition are stayed and said application is still pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in view of the above, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to revive the same if any cause still survives after decision of CM-4568-CWP-2025.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
