Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, who submits that in terms of the order of this Court the amount payable to the petitioner has been calculated and the same has already been released and therefore, the order Page No.# 2/2 of this Court has been complied with. Mr. Sarma, on the other hand, submits that the exercise conducted by the respondent is not bonafide as the genuine amount due and payable to his client has not been paid. Be that as it may, the said aspect of the matter can be examined only if the calculation made by the respondent is assailed by the petitioner in an appropriate proceeding.
