By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s) :- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing impugned F.I.R. dated 23.09.2025 registered as F.I.R. No. 0401 of 2025, under Sections 69, 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, at Police Station Salon, District Raebareli; (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the opposite parties no.2 and 3 not to proceed, prosecute or arrest the petitioner on the basis of F.I.R. dated 23.09.2025 registered as F.I.R. No. 0401 of 2025, under Sections 69, 333, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, at Police Station Salon, District Raebareli." 3. It has been informed that during the pendency of this petition the petitioner has been taken into judicial custody, as the order of the Remand Magistrate dated 08.11.2025 has been shown to the Court, which is taken on record.
