which her ill health is not cured. For that Al to A3 quarreled with the ( I deceased every day, saying that if Rathnamma'is not cured, they will see her end and they will do the same to her and also stated to dI-e and abated to commit suicide. Due to unbearable harassment and abatement caused by the accused, the deceased herself commI-tied suicide by hangI'ng, On 14.3.2025, to a tree I-n the fields. Basing on the report Of the husband of the deceased, the crime was registered and investigated into. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petI-tjOnerS and learned Assistant Public prosecutor. perused the record. I I
6. Learned counsel for the petI-tiOnerS Submit that Al in this crime was granted bail by the learned ll Additional DistrI'Ct and Sessions Judge, Hindupur. The petitioners are staying in Bangalore and are completely unconnected with the comml-ssjon of the alleged offence and prays to grant anticipatory bal-I to the petitl-oners. 7. A perusal of the material available on record goes to showthat the crime was registered on 14.3.2025. By thI-S time most of the investigation might have been completed. Learned counsel for the petitI-Oners submitted-that the petitioners are staying I'n Bangalore. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the station House Offic;ir, Madakasira Police station within a period of two I (o2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy 6f the order and on their surrender, the petitioners shall be released on bail on their execut'lng a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the arresting police officials and the petitioners shall make themselves available for investigation as and when required and they shall not cause any threat, inducement or promise to the prosecution witnesses. 9.
