2. The petitioner in this writ petition has prayed for the following reliefs:
“for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, or an appropriate writ(s)/Rule(s)/Order(s)/direction(s) commanding the Respondents for making payment of revised pension with refixation of revision of salary as per 7th revised pay scale according to Memo No. 35 dated 22.02.2019 w.e.f. 01.01.2016 issued by Finance Department to the petitioner and for giving the benefit of (i) Arrear of pension/Family Pension, (ii) gratuity and other service benefits of the deceased husband of the petitioner, worked for more than 06 years of service, who died in harness on 24.08.2011 from the post of Chowkidar but the pension have not been made according to 7th Revised Pay

Scale till date and further be pleased to direct the concerned Respondents to send the Service Book and Revised Pension Paper with copy of PPO to the office of the Accountant General (A & E), Jharkhand Ranchi-2 for Finalization of Pension/Family Pension in view of Annexure-3 to this application, and for any other relief/s for which the husband is entitled in law, who worked for more than 06 years of service and died in harness on 24.08.2011.”
3. It is the case of the petitioner that family pension of the petitioner has not been paid after appropriate revision in terms of the recommendation of the 7th Pay Revision Commission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the authority but no action has been taken.

Learned counsel for the State submits that if the petitioner files a detailed fresh representation before the respondent no. 4-the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi, her claim will be looked into and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any benefit including revision of pension the same will be given to her and an appropriate
order will be passed to ensure that the amount is paid.
6. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4- the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi who will consider the case of the petitioner.
7. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within six weeks thereafter.
8. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefits the same should be extended to the petitioner. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.
9. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
